We at ThermHex take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e. g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

How do we collect your data?
On the one hand, your data is collected when you communicate it to us (e.g. via the contact form).
Other data is collected automatically when you visit our website. These are mainly technical data (e. g. Internet browser, operating system or time of page visit). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter our website.
Further data is processed when you use certain products and services (e. g. search engine advertising, social media etc).

ThermHex processes personal data in business transactions. The data collected is business data, such as the business contact details of a contact person.

ThermHex stores your personal data for as long as one of the mentioned purposes is available. Further storage can take place if one of the exceptions mentioned above exists. As soon as the above-mentioned purposes and exceptions cease to apply, the data will be deleted.
As part of its business activities, ThermHex cooperates with external bodies (e. g. manufacturers, partners, service providers). Should a disclosure of personal data to an external body be necessary within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes, ThermHex will conclude a contract with this body for order processing in accordance with Art. 28 para. 3 DS-GVO.
Applications
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DS-GVO. The legitimate interest of ThermHex lies in the recruitment of qualified employees.
By submitting the application documents, the applicant implicitly declares his/her consent to the processing of his/her data within the scope of the application procedure.
Should an employment occur, his/her application data will continue to be stored within the framework of personal data processing.
Should there be no recruitment, the personal data associated with the application will be deleted six months after the rejection or withdrawal of the application, unless one of the exceptions in § 3 (4) precludes this or the applicant agrees to the inclusion of his/her data in an applicant pool.
Note: Data transfer upon conclusion of contract for product and goods dispatch
We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is necessary in the context of contract processing, for example to the company entrusted with the delivery of the goods or the bank entrusted with the payment processing. A further transmission of the data will not take place or only if you have expressly consented to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DS-GVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time. If the desired data is to be transmitted directly, this is only done to the extent that this is technically possible.
